Desmond Tutu Hall

The Desmond Tutu Hall is the University’s newest Hall on campus. Officially named on 7 March 2012, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu himself graced the official opening ceremony. The Hall is mainly utilised for catering for the residence students who are housed in residences surrounding the special designed Hall. The Hall consists of four houses; Margaret Smith House, Ellen Kuzwayo House, Amina Cachalia House and the only male residence, Calata House.
